“Veep” season 2 — The Life and Lies of Selina Meyer

I must say, I was pretty lukewarm about “Veep” all through season one, but I think the show really hit its stride in season two. I’m convinced this role was written for Julia Louis-Dreyfus, because she has an amazing talent for making audiences love an unlikeable character. Season two worked to develop the personalities of all Selina’s VEEPeople, and provided plenty of comedy that was both clever and, at times, absolutely hysterical. On a side note, I think Tony Hale has become one of my very favorite actors. How about some Emmy recognition, guys?
